Writing the main part of the abstract
Like any abstract, a history abstract consists of the following parts: table of contents, introduction, main part, conclusion, list of references, appendices (optional element).

Writing an essay on history should start with the main part, then the conclusion and last of all the introduction. This approach has proved itself in the course of many years of writing essays on request. It is the most productive and helps to save a lot of time.

The main part of the history essay consists of a sequential presentation of the plan points. The points or paragraphs themselves are already logically linked through the theme of the work and, accordingly, do not require special efforts to build the narrative so that it does not seem torn. You should only avoid repeating the material. So if in our example in the abstract on the topic of the Russian bourgeois-democratic revolution of 1905-1907. in the first paragraph, we have already touched upon the unresolved agrarian, workers', and national issues, as well as issues of people's representation and the specifics of state policy in these areas.we should no longer touch on these points when describing the course of the revolutionary process.

If the topic is broad enough, it makes sense to divide the plan items into sub-questions (paragraphs), however, you should avoid excessive splitting, as well as reducing the plan items (limit yourself to the General wording of the main part and do not divide it into components at all). The latter leads to a superficial presentation of the material and a shallow study of the topic itself. Remember that the purpose of the history essay is to show a good command of the topic and an understanding of the laws of the historical process and chronology.

The main part of the history essay consists of an artistic compilation and reinterpretation of abstracts of sources from the list of references. Thus, all sources that will be mentioned in the bibliography must be read and annotated by you. At first, the process of taking notes may be difficult, but if you practice it more often, it will soon become automated and require less energy to perform. I would like to note that it is not possible to write a good essay without reading and taking notes of sources on the topic, so you should set up this process in advance and allocate time for it.
