Eddeeer
Australian hard rock band "AC / DC", whose productions are dominated by themes of hell and Satan. The abbreviated name "AC / DC" in English means direct and alternating current, and in Australian usage it contains a hint of bisexuality.
In November 1973 in Sydney, Australia, someone Malcolm young (Malcolm Young) formed the collective, where he also invited Colin Burgess (Colin Bugess) on drums and Larry van Knedt (Larry Van Knedt) on bass. CNET, by the way, did not disdain the saxophone while Malcolm replaced him on bass.
Later, the band was joined by vocalist Dave Evans, who responded to an ad in the newspaper, who, following Malcolm, left the band Velvet Underground. Angus young (Angus Young), just departed from the band Kentuckee had invited the elder brother in the role of second lead guitarist.
In December the same year in Newton the collective begins to rehearse and in the same period have groups emerges name-AC/DC. The name was coined by the Youngs ' sister Margaret, who read this seemingly ordinary inscription on some household appliance (some claim it was a vacuum cleaner, some recognize the mythical device as a sewing machine). AC/DC is translated from English means alternating current / direct current.
One of the first concerts was held at the Chequers club in Sydney on 31 December 1973. The band's repertoire then consisted of their own cover versions of songs by Chuck berry, the Beatles, The Rolling Stones and others. Some tracks, such as "The Old Bay Road" or "Midnight Rock", remained unreleased.
The first single "Can I Sit Next To You Girl / Rockin 'In The Parlour" was recorded in February 2007 at the Sydney branch of EMI studios. The earlier song "Rock' N 'Roll Singer" was recorded there. The group was then produced by another member of the Young family - George young (George Young). He also did not disdain to record bass parts.
